Key Responsibilities:- Support the giving team in planning and coordinating meetings and events
- Collaborate closely with corporate and field leadership to oversee philanthropic and charitable initiatives
- Develop and implement event plans, including logistics and budgeting
- Ensure seamless execution of events, including setup, registration, and follow-up
- 2-3 years of experience in corporate event planning, with a focus on philanthropic fundraising and/or charitable events
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/event planning software platforms
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $28-30 and a contract-to-hire opportunity. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for event planning, we encourage you to apply.
