Job Title: Corporate Giving Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a Corporate Giving Coordinator to support the Corporate Giving Team at Addison Group. This role provides an opportunity to serve as the right-hand to an inspiring, engaging leader and support the planning, coordination, and logistics of philanthropic fundraising and/or charitable events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the tracking and training of the Giving platform, which includes content, programs, and volunteer alignment.
  • Educate and communicate programs to stakeholders.
  • Support the Field on giving initiatives.
  • Represent and attend all corporate volunteer and charitable activities.
  • Grow connection and awareness of charitable giving at national, regional, and local levels across the workforce and with our clients and prospects.
  • Support the corporate and Field charities to build/align giving program and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with leadership on Diversity and Inclusion programs.
  • Assist the Corporate Giving Specialist with project/department milestones ensuring goals are met.
  • Assist Meetings and Events Team with small meetings and events on Campus.
  • Assist Meetings and Events Team with Home Office Luncheons, Board Meetings, Executive Meetings, Small Departmental Meetings, and Trainings on campus and at local venues/hotels.

Requirements:

  • Experience – 2-3+ years of corporate event planning, with proven involvement in the planning, coordination, and logistics of philanthropic fundraising and/or charitable events.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and/or Event Planning software.
  • Soft Skills: strong verbal/written communication skills, professional, passionate.
