Marketing Coordinator Job Description

AUI Partners is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in helping to strategize and execute company marketing efforts, from developing marketing materials to coordinating with subcontractors and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development and production of proposal responses in a fast-paced environment, including developing attractive submittals.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and other industry partners as needed.
  • Conduct research to analyze the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior, and prepare reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data.
  • Support the VP of Sales and Marketing in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars, and organizing and planning presentations.
  • Communicate campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines while providing instructions for promotion or use.
  • Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists, and establishing contacts.
  • Maintain an inventory and directory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are accurate and current, and coordinate new material creation as needed.
  • Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customers, providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership.
  • Other marketing duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant experience are preferred.
  • Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite tools (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and MS SharePoint.
  • Proficient with a CRM management platform is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication ability.
  • Strong attention to detail and skills in time management.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
  • Some travel is required.
