Job Description:
As a Customer Service Professional, you will play a vital role in providing world-class customer support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years' prior experience in customer service or related field; manufacturing/industrial environment preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Salary Estimate: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (based on location and experience)
