Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers at various events, providing excellent customer service and representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Assist customers with questions, education & sales ensuring a positive experience at every interaction.
  • Actively listen to client needs & feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members & always have a student mentality ready to learn and grow every day.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, and company policies to effectively address customer needs and inquiries.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or event management preferred. Entry-level candidates may be considered.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or training in customer service or related fields is a plus.
