Patterson Technology Center is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers. We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Professional to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence.

As a Help Desk Professional, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers via phone, email, and chat sessions. You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, utilizing software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and FAQ resources to aid in problem resolution.

You will also maintain technical expertise and proficiency with all related and relevant software and computer systems, ensuring that you stay up-to-date with the latest technology and advancements in the field.

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a strong customer service orientation, excellent verbal communication skills, and a consistent, positive attitude. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who excels in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat sessions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, utilizing software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and FAQ resources.
  • Maintain technical expertise and proficiency with all related and relevant software and computer systems.
  • Foster a positive and professional working relationship with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and adhere to established department processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with technical software applications.
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Consistent, positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Estimated salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per annum (dependent on location).
