Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide outstanding customer service to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Offer product recommendations based on ongoing research and knowledge of our products
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of our products, including their benefits, features, and applications
    • Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and industry developments
  • Store Operations
    • Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, adhering to company standards
    • Restock shelves, manage inventory, and perform other tasks as needed
  • Team Collaboration

Requirements

  • Education
    • High School diploma or equivalent required
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a retail environment
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
