Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:
GTN Technical Staffing is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the human resources department and providing guidance and leadership to ensure a coherent human capital management environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Department Leadership: Supervise and manage human resources department personnel, ensuring the effective execution of HR strategies and programs.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Employee Relations and Communications: Foster positive employee relations, provide counseling and support, and serve as a liaison between management and employees.
- Recruitment and Staffing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage temporary staffing vendor relationships, and oversee the employee onboarding process.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation processes, and provide coaching and development opportunities to employees.
- HR Operations: Manage HR source documents, forms, and content, and oversee employee physical and electronic files.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: SPHR certification preferred.
- Experience: Five to ten years of human resources experience, including at least four years at a management level.
- Skills: Excellent written, analytic, and oral communication skills; strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities; emotional intelligence; planning, development, and implementation of new policies and procedures; and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
