Senior Client Services Manager

As a Senior Client Services Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our client relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure contract compliance with company guidelines within an assigned area.
- Manage financials, including accounts receivable, invoicing, and pricing support, to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of client needs, including threatened status and relationships with our company.
- Negotiate new contracts and handle renewal processes in a timely manner.
- Lead business planning and budgeting initiatives within an assigned area to drive strategic growth.
- Plan and execute staffing strategies, including succession planning, bench-strength development, and new business acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Risk Management, Business Administration, or Finance preferred.
- 10 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, including 3 years of Account Executive experience on national accounts and 5 years of claims/supervisory experience.
- In-depth understanding of workers' compensation, liability, and disability.
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, leadership, management, motivational, analytical, interpretive, organizational, interpersonal, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $97,906 - $125,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Sedgwick is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace.
