Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our team at Neuberger Berman Private Wealth. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide critical support to our Wealth Advisors, ensuring seamless client service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations and address all client service needs with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Act as a liaison among Wealth Advisors, Portfolio Managers, Operations, and clients, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Initiate the new account opening process and assist clients with necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain regular client contact regarding account documents, updates, performance, and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, preparing correspondence, filing, and managing travel and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support marketing efforts, including organizing mailings, tracking event attendance, and preparing presentations, to promote our Private Wealth Management business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Obtain Series 7 and 66 licenses within the first 6 months.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and experience with Salesforce and Concur is a plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and client service skills, with a detail-oriented and organized approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a collaborative spirit and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Details: The salary range for this role is $60,000-$80,000, with a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance, and other benefits to eligible employees.
