No prior experience in automotive manufacturing? No worries We offer extensive training for all candidates. While previous experience is appreciated, it is not a prerequisite. What we truly value is a positive mindset, dependability, and a strong desire to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently operate on a high-speed production line
- Set up and manage plastic injection molding machines
- Achieve designated production targets
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, as needed
- Ability to learn and operate machinery effectively
- Willingness to develop and grow within the company
- Commitment to a specified shift schedule
- Capability to perform under tight deadlines
- Experience with injection molding machines is a plus but not essential
Shift Patterns Available:
- 2 Shift Hours: Dayshift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm; Late shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 pm to 12:15 am; Friday, 3:30 pm to 11:45 pm
- 3 Shift Hours: Nights: Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am; Days: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:10 pm; Lates: Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm to 11:50 pm
Compensation:
Minimum of 39 hours per week, excluding overtime, with overtime rates at time and a half and double time. Pay reviews occur annually based on performance and attendance.
