Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Leader to join our team at BTD Manufacturing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and training employees, ensuring commitment to quality, and communicating with shift leaders and other employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train employees to ensure they are meeting quality and productivity standards
  • Communicate with shift leaders and other employees to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Coordinate and assist with projects to ensure timely completion and quality
  • Maintain a safe and productive work environment by organizing employees, machines, and daily operations
  • Identify and promote opportunities for increased productivity and efficiency
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of related technical or three years of related on-the-job training preferred
  • At least four years of recent supervisory manufacturing experience, including skills and abilities such as communication, quality requirements, industrial engineering, and tool engineering
  • Ability to plan, organize, direct, and coordinate manufacturing production programs
  • Ability to supervise personnel in a manner conducive to efficient performance and high morale
Working Conditions

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, sitting, using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reaching with hands and arms, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, talking or hearing, tasting or smelling. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

The work environment is typically moderate noise level, and the employee may be exposed to weather conditions.
