About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced IT professional to work with a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions. You will be responsible for transporting and installing standardized break-fix equipment, managing a designated territory, and providing top-notch support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transporting and installing hardware and network devices to meet client needs
  • Managing an incident queue and interacting with customers to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
  • Collaborating with other technicians to resolve complex problems and maintain proper inventory levels
  • Providing expert technical support and guidance to customers on various IT-related topics
  • Troubleshooting, installing, and managing cabling and network devices to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting outcomes in ServiceNow

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in break-fix operations within the banking or finance industry
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems, networks, and tools required
  • CompTIA A+ Certification required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills essential
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality
