Dexian is seeking a skilled Technical Field Specialist to join our team in Washington, DC. As a key member of our field operations, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving business success.
About the Role
This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced IT professional to work with a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions. You will be responsible for transporting and installing standardized break-fix equipment, managing a designated territory, and providing top-notch support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Transporting and installing hardware and network devices to meet client needs
- Managing an incident queue and interacting with customers to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Collaborating with other technicians to resolve complex problems and maintain proper inventory levels
- Providing expert technical support and guidance to customers on various IT-related topics
- Troubleshooting, installing, and managing cabling and network devices to ensure seamless operations
- Maintaining accurate records and documenting outcomes in ServiceNow
Requirements and Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in break-fix operations within the banking or finance industry
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems, networks, and tools required
- CompTIA A+ Certification required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills essential
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality
