About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the execution of all CRM/Lifecycle campaigns, transactional emails, and automated flows. You'll work closely with our CRM Manager to engage with our consumers across email, push, SMS, and direct mail, optimizing the right channel mix and frequency of efforts to drive activation, engagement, retention, monetization, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of CRM/Lifecycle campaigns, transactional emails, and automated flows.
  • Work with the CRM Manager to engage with our consumers across email, push, SMS, and direct mail.
  • Build and support segmentation and personalization strategies across geos, demos, user goals, and content preferences.
  • Support creative strategy and execution across channels and journeys.
  • Support and execute QA and testing plans, ensuring accuracy and quality with every send.
  • Review and create CRM reports to better understand performance and provide organizational transparency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop assets and content to support CRM efforts.
  • Ensure best practices and continue to improve the workflow of the CRM team, identifying operational efficiencies and managing 3rd party tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1-3+ years of CRM experience (including internship time).
  • Experience with Braze (a huge plus).
  • Experience with Klaviyo (a plus).
  • Experience with subscription-based mobile apps (a plus).
  • Experience with ecommerce websites (a plus).
  • Experience with analytics and BI platforms (GA4, Looker, Power BI, or similar) (a plus).
  • Comfortable with creative and with data.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Critical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and writing skills.
