Job Title: Contract Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Analyst to join our team at Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and documenting contracts, assisting with contract transitions, and providing support to the domestic contract administration team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis and interpretation of current data and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and modify key internal documents to support contract administration.
  • Process security service requests from clients and review changes in service, work scope, and contract extensions.
  • Prepare periodic contract review documents and budgets for clients.
  • Serve as a liaison to communicate changes with internal staff regarding contract issues.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal clients to recommend innovative solutions to contract issues.
  • Prepare payroll and billing instructions throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Provide support in government or commercial reporting and assist with onboarding subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong quantitative skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Strong sense of urgency and meeting deadlines, with intermediate to advanced Excel and Word skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team.
  • SalesForce and/or CRM experience is required.
