**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Access Representative I Bilingual to join our team. As a key member of our access team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient experience, ensuring accurate and timely registration, and collaborating with clinical partners to optimize patient communication and clinic flow.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Schedule all patient appointments and ensure referrals are obtained.
  • Meet or exceed expected productivity and accuracy standards.
  • Greet and engage patients, families, and visitors to provide a positive first impression.
  • Complete registration and discharge activities, including co-payment collection, MyChart activation, insurance verification, and more.
  • Collaborate with clinical partners to optimize patient communication, clinic flow, and ongoing care.
  • Actively engage in activities to enhance the patient experience, including encouragement of the patient satisfaction survey.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Administrative support experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college program or technical school
  • Related field experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Epic experience
