As a Patient Access Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth registration and scheduling process for our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments and ensure referrals are obtained in a timely manner.
- Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Engage with patients, families, and visitors to provide a positive first impression and ensure a seamless experience.
- Complete registration and discharge activities, including co-payment collection, MyChart activation, and insurance verification.
- Collaborate with clinical partners to optimize patient communication, clinic flow, and ongoing care.
- Actively engage in activities to enhance the patient experience, including encouragement of the patient satisfaction survey.
