Overview:
We are in search of a highly qualified and seasoned Construction Supervisor to manage utility scale solar construction initiatives.

In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing the daily operations at the construction site, ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule, within financial constraints, and in accordance with safety standards.

You will collaborate closely with project managers, construction teams, subcontractors, and various stakeholders to guarantee the effective execution of solar construction projects.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide on-site leadership and direction to construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
2. Organize and schedule construction activities, ensuring compliance with project timelines and objectives.
3. Monitor and uphold safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
4. Conduct regular site evaluations to identify and mitigate potential issues or risks.
5. Work alongside project managers to formulate and execute construction plans and strategies.
6. Oversee project budgets, including expense tracking and implementing cost control measures.
7. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely arrival of materials and equipment at the construction site.
8. Maintain precise project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
9. Cultivate positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
10. Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to utility-scale solar construction.

Qualifications:
1. Demonstrated experience as a Construction Supervisor in utility scale solar projects.
2. Comprehensive understanding of construction methods, techniques, and safety regulations.
3. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the capability to effectively manage and inspire teams.
4. Proficient in project management software and tools.
5. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
8. Willingness to travel to project sites as necessary.
