Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Operations to lead our team at Level99 Tysons Corner. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a best-in-class customer experience for our guests, managing daily operations, and delivering exceptional financial results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 100+ associates to deliver exceptional customer service and financial results
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure a high-performing team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive growth in a hospitality-driven organization
  • Multi-unit operations experience or experience in a large format unit
  • Bachelor's Degree or above in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
