Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Hotel Front Office Coordinator to join our team at TPG Hotels Resorts and Marinas. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Job DescriptionThe Hotel Front Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the front desk during the night shift. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as proficiency in hotel management software and computer systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Provide welcoming and hospitable atmosphere, assist guests with late check-ins and early check-outs, address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests during the night shift.
- Front Desk Operations: Process check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations and room assignments, handle phone calls, take messages, and provide information to guests as needed.
- Nightly Reports and Reconciliation: Compile and distribute daily reports, verify and reconcile guest accounts, prepare and balance daily revenue reports.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Post charges, payments, and adjustments to guest accounts accurately, perform end-of-day reconciliation and close the day's financial transactions.
- Security and Safety: Monitor the hotel premises, respond to emergencies, and take appropriate actions.

Estimated Salary: $17.00 per hour, depending on location and experience.
