Position Summary: Parc Auto LLC, operating as Meineke Car Care, is seeking dynamic and results-driven individuals to fill the role of Automotive Store Managers. This position is vital for the effective management of our automotive repair facilities, leading a team of skilled technicians, and ensuring outstanding customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Welcome and consult with customers, clearly explaining repair options.
    • Ensure a superior customer experience by surpassing expectations and building trust.
    • Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Establish strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Team Management:
    • Provide leadership, coaching, and development for a team of automotive technicians.
    • Inspire and motivate your team to achieve high performance standards.
    • Effectively delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
    • Create a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Manage all aspects of daily shop operations, including scheduling and inventory management.
    • Ensure efficient workflow and prioritize tasks to meet customer demands.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
    • Monitor technician performance and conduct regular evaluations.
    • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Sales and Profitability:
    • Develop and execute strategies to enhance sales and profitability.
    • Achieve or surpass sales targets set by management.
    • Promote additional services to customers based on their needs.
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
    • Prepare service estimates and invoices accurately.
    • Process customer payments and manage cash flow.
    • Maintain precise shop records and documentation.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in automotive service management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales and profitability goals.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on exceeding expectations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of automotive repair procedures and diagnostics (preferred).
  • Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • Proficient in relevant computer software applications.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record may be required.
