Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Product Management leader to spearhead our AI and Communication Automation initiatives. As a frontrunner in delivering transformative AI and customer interaction solutions, this role will play a pivotal part in shaping IntelePeer's product and market strategies. The successful candidate will oversee the development and execution of our product portfolio roadmap, collaborating closely with various teams to solidify our market leadership. The ideal individual will possess a proven track record in delivering exceptional B2B SaaS CX & AI products across diverse portfolios, while fostering collaboration with Development, Product Marketing, Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure successful product launches and customer engagement.

Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance IntelePeer's market position by utilizing Generative AI to provide top-tier Customer Experience while optimizing operational costs for clients.
  • Drive significant commercial growth through superior product offerings tailored to our target markets and buyer personas.
  • Lead a dedicated team of product managers overseeing all customer-facing solutions.
  • Communicate product vision effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the creation and ongoing updates of the product roadmap, ensuring transparency with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with development, delivery, and support teams to ensure adequate resources and tools are available to fulfill the product vision.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient product management process across all product lines.
  • Work alongside go-to-market teams to guarantee successful product launches and market penetration.
  • Develop pricing and packaging strategies that simplify offerings and enhance product adoption.
  • Engage with executive leadership and customer-facing teams to identify and prioritize new product and market opportunities.
  • Ensure product portfolio alignment and pricing strategies are designed to drive commercial success.
  • Act as the customer advocate in the product development and strategy formulation processes.
  • Oversee product P&L and key performance metrics.
Qualifications:
  • A four-year technical degree combined with a Master's in a relevant technical field or an MBA is required.
Experience and Skills:
  • Over 10 years of experience managing product teams in B2B CX SaaS and AI sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering AI, NLP, Data, Analytics, and/or Machine Learning product offerings.
  • Proven ability to manage a complex product portfolio with multiple offerings.
  • Experience in launching products using agile development methodologies.
  • Successful track record in product rollouts.
  • Experience in bringing products to market through various sales channels.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Experience & Communications Automation or related cloud enterprise communications solutions.
  • A data-driven mindset with a proactive approach to decision-making.
  • Familiarity with product prototyping and roadmap management tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for product innovation and vision.
