KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Technology Integration and Enhancement:

  • Oversee the onboarding and implementation of marketing operations technologies, such as Workfront, JIRA, and Adobe Assets (DAM).
  • Lead change management initiatives and provide thorough training and development to ensure ongoing optimization and enhancement.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve marketing operation efficiencies and streamline workflows.
  • Generate and maintain reports on marketing operations performance, offering insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
Project Oversight:

  • Manage campaign execution, ensuring the organization of internal documents, reports, and creative assets to facilitate efficient workflows.
  • Supervise project planning and management to guarantee timely project completion within budget and according to client specifications.
  • Coordinate project resources and activities, including task and resource planning, project reporting, issue and risk identification, cost estimation, and documentation.
Production Oversight:

  • Oversee the entire print production process from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely output.
  • Manage production timelines, collaborate with vendors, and ensure all projects adhere to deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with print vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage the procurement of materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from an accredited institution. Alternatively, 4+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in marketing operations for a business with national presence.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Experience working in an agile environment or with agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional critical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with leadership.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate in a team setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the capacity to identify and resolve project issues and risks.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to respond to inquiries from customers, staff, regulatory agencies, vendors, and other members of the business community.
  • Highly detail-oriented, process-focused, proactive, ambitious, and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrates an organized and systematic approach in executing assignments.
  • Self-motivated, reliable individual capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills while working under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving marketing department.
