Job Overview

BCforward is currently seeking a dedicated Certification Administration Specialist to join our team.

Position Details:

Role: Certification Administration Specialist
Location: Remote
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Contract Duration: 5 months with potential for extension
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and process submitted applications, both electronic and paper, adhering to established protocols.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email, assisting certified personnel with inquiries regarding certification status.
  • Support individuals in verifying their past or current certification credentials.
  • Maintain and manage records related to certification and recertification processes.
Required Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Proficient in organizing and compiling information accurately.
  • Ability to determine appropriate formats and procedures for data assembly.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with common software applications including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
