Job Title: Sales Consultant - Consumer Solutions
Job Description:
AVA Technologies is a leading provider of cutting-edge consumer solutions, recognized for our award-winning products and exceptional service. We specialize in providing comprehensive services to new movers in apartment communities, including TV, internet, cell phone, security, energy, insurance, and moving services—all designed to simplify the moving process and enhance our customers' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Close sales leads through both outbound and inbound calls
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Demonstrate product features and conduct virtual product demonstrations
- Navigate multiple processing systems, including Salesforce
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably over the phone
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and understand product features
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
