We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Service Catalog Manager to join our Network Operations Security Center (NOSC). This role demands a thorough understanding of the IT systems and support services outlined in our contract. You will play a key role in developing the service labor mix and associated costs, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to this information and establishing a clear process for service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to accurately define and document requirements for project planning and scheduling.
  • Develop and maintain the contract service catalog, ensuring effective management and control of pricing.
  • Conduct regular reviews of the catalog to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Establish and implement catalog management processes to enhance efficiency and precision.
  • Propose additions, modifications, and updates to service catalog offerings based on customer demand.
  • Work closely with customers and relevant functional area leads to tailor services that meet specific requests and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and validate catalog data, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and contract specifications.
  • Analyze catalog data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
  • Assist in fulfilling customer requests through Task Order Award.

Basic Qualifications:

  • ITIL v4 certification.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of nine years of relevant experience.
  • At least two years of experience supporting geographically dispersed enterprise operations teams.
  • Experience as a Cybersecurity Service Provider.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DHS.
  • Experience with DoD.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow.
  • Agile methodology experience.
  • Experience with Jira.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must possess a Secret clearance.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS EOD suitability.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Occasional movement within the office to access files and equipment.
  • Frequent operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery.
  • Regular communication with colleagues, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
