We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Service Catalog Manager to join our Network Operations Security Center (NOSC). This role demands a thorough understanding of the IT systems and support services encompassed by this contract. You will assist in developing the service labor mix and associated costs, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to this information while establishing a structured process for service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to clearly define and document requirements for project planning and scheduling.
  • Develop and maintain the contract service catalog, overseeing pricing and management.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the catalog.
  • Implement catalog management processes to enhance efficiency and precision.
  • Propose additions and modifications to the service catalog based on customer needs.
  • Work closely with customers and functional area leads to tailor services that meet specific requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate catalog data, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and contract stipulations.
  • Analyze catalog data to uncover trends and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Support customer requests through the Task Order Award process.

Basic Qualifications:

  • ITIL v4 certification.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least nine years of relevant experience.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in supporting geographically dispersed enterprise operations.
  • Experience as a Cybersecurity Service Provider.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DHS.
  • Experience with DoD.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow.
  • Agile methodology experience.
  • Experience with Jira.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must possess a Secret clearance.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS EOD suitability.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Occasional movement within the office to access files and equipment.
  • Frequent operation of a computer and other office machinery.
  • Regular communication with colleagues and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
