Position Responsibilities:

We are in search of a Pile Installer responsible for the placement of various types and sizes of piles, including pipe piles, H piles, and sheet piles, particularly in aquatic environments. Additional tasks may be assigned by the Foreman or management as necessary.

Work Location:

  • Job sites will vary, necessitating reliable transportation and a willingness to travel as required.
  • The primary focus of our operations is in Southeast Wisconsin and Madison, with projects extending throughout the state.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Dependability and punctuality are essential.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends as necessary.
  • Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and in environments that may be dirty or dusty.
  • Membership in a Local Carpenters/Pile Driver Union is required, or the willingness to join. Our Human Resources Department is available to assist with this process.
  • Previous experience in bridge construction or related fields is advantageous.
  • General knowledge of templates, pile driving equipment, rigging and signaling, cutting torches, welding, and drilling is necessary.
  • Certification as a welder is required.
