Position Overview:

We are in search of a Concrete Foreman who will be accountable for the precise reporting of materials, equipment, and labor hours, as well as overseeing the safety of crew members and the public while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role involves operating various power tools and machinery as required and performing additional tasks as directed by the Superintendent or other management personnel.

Location:

  • Zenith Tech primarily operates in Southeastern Wisconsin, with project locations varying, necessitating reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to job sites as required. A company vehicle will be provided for this role.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • A CDL is preferred but not mandatory for hiring.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • Dependability and punctuality are essential.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends as necessary.
  • Capable of working in various weather conditions and in dirty and dusty environments.
  • Membership in a local trade union, or willingness to join, is required. Union membership is not necessary prior to hiring, and our Human Resources Department can assist with this process.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry, with 2-4 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Ability to efficiently manage personal time and that of other construction personnel.
  • Skills to motivate, develop, direct, and lead a team.
  • Prior leadership experience is required.
