Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of project delivery, including project scheduling, financial reporting, and budget management.
  • Develop and implement project communications plans to ensure effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Manage contracts and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Utilize BIM tools to manage project data and ensure accurate project documentation.
  • Conduct regular project audits and incident investigations to ensure project safety and compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and delays, and develop strategies to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the solar construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, including project scheduling, financial reporting, and budget management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in BIM tools and other project management software.
Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position, requiring frequent travel to project sites throughout the Midwest.
