Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Goffstown, NH. As a Behavior Specialist, you will work directly with clients to implement individualized ABA treatment plans, collect data on client progress, and provide ongoing support to help clients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients
  • Collaborate with BCBA and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Communicate effectively with clients' families and other stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and related developmental disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
