Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at ProCare Therapy. This role involves working with students in a 1:1 setting, overseeing two Registered Behavior Technicians, and implementing Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and behavior plans throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage student schedules and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, paras, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists.
  • Establish vocational and leisure partnerships in the community.
  • Use ACE for behavior data tracking and implement IEP goals and behavior plans.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Education or Special Education.
  • National Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Certificate.
  • Nonviolent crisis intervention training (CPI, CALM, Safety Care).
  • Strong case management skills.
