Production Engineering Graduate Opportunity

As a Process Automation Specialist Graduate on the IMI Graduate Programme in the USA, you will work on developing and implementing process improvement activities that support Operations' multi-functional teams.
The role offers a unique opportunity to gain production engineering experience, working with Lean tools, Six Sigma, and best-in-class manufacturing practices. You will accelerate and support cultural and process change efforts within the Operations group and help achieve organizational goals. You will utilize technical skills to monitor and improve productivity, ensuring all customer commitments are met in a timely, quality, and cost-conscious manner.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting process improvement actions with environmental, health, and safety efforts in support of plant goals.
- Utilizing technical skills to implement actions to improve products and processes, increasing quality, customer responsiveness, or operational efficiencies.
- Being a liaison between functional areas on projects with a multi-organization or business unit scope.
- Assisting in the identification and removal of barriers to successful project completion.
- Providing management with project status updates and feedback.
The salary for this position is $81,120.00 annually, which reflects the competitive compensation offered by IMI plc.
To be eligible for this role, candidates must have a bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent) in a business discipline (i.e., Business Administration, Operations, MBA), or in Engineering (i.e., Mechanical, Process Engineering). Additionally, we require:
