About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our Group Process Development team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the manufacturing processes for our product families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes that meet company performance, quality, and cost requirements.
  • Debug, observe, and expedite shop orders to ensure timely production.
  • Develop and update engineering documents to support process improvements.
Requirements
  • 1-4 years of relevant Engineering work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Experience with manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Strong technical writing skills and proficiency in computer-aided design software (e.g., SolidWorks).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the medical device industry.
  • Understanding of manufacturing and quality standards, including FDA regulations and ISO quality systems.
