Dynamics CRM Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics CRM Technical Lead to join our team at Technamo. As a key member of our Client Management value stream, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technology-enabled solutions to deliver business value.
As a technical leader, you will work closely with enterprise architects to ensure that solutions are designed to standards and meet the company's overall strategic objectives. You will also be responsible for translating changes in business direction into actionable IT activities and working with business and IT management to understand strategy and related objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and experience with software development using microservices and cloud environments. You will also have expertise in IT systems implementations and a deep understanding of application and infrastructure architectures.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement technology-enabled solutions to deliver business value
- Work with enterprise architects to ensure solutions are designed to standards
- Translate changes in business direction into actionable IT activities
- Work with business and IT management to understand strategy and related objectives
- Subject matter expert on solutions in designated area
- Drive solution development according to architectural standard
- Actively involve in code reviews and ensure quality of software artifacts
- Heavily involved in Discovery and Design phases of project
- Produce solution and migration paths to show evolution of system/application from baseline state to target state
- Ensure changes are within standards and documented appropriately
- Explore alternative approaches and solutions to gain support and acceptance by team
- Work with Infrastructure and Security team to ensure technical solutions meet company standards
- Provide support to team members as needed to ensure completion of activities in a timely manner
- Logically break down problems into essential elements; carry out diagnosis and develop solutions
- Lead assigned resources to support business project needs
- Maintain documentation of solutions in designated area
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred focus on Computer Science, Information Systems)
- 10+ years of experience in progressively responsible IT positions; development, leadership and any other relevant areas
- Minimum 3 years of experience with leading MS Dynamics CRM and Customer Service technologies
- Demonstrate strong functional and architectural expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong experience and knowledge in Software Development using Micro Services and any of the Cloud environments (aws, azure)
- Expert knowledge and experience with IT systems implementations
