Job Summary

We're seeking an HR Business Partner to join our TikTok HR team. As an HR Business Partner, you will work with our U.S. Technology Services teams to develop strong partnerships with business leaders, coach leaders on talent assessment and development, and enhance employee development through coaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong partnerships with business leaders to translate strategies into an HR roadmap
  • Coach leaders on talent assessment, development, succession planning, organization effectiveness, and team dynamics
  • Enhance employee development through coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback
  • Guide and assist in business restructures, workforce planning, and headcount modeling
  • Monitor key HR metrics and dashboards to drive HR planning
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues
Qualifications
  • 5+ years as a Human Resources Business Partner
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence, drive change, and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
  • Successful track record of designing and implementing people programs while balancing business objectives
