Business Development and Strategy Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Director to lead our wine and spirits business in Washington and Oregon.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow assigned supplier portfolios
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and market share goals
- Demonstrable experience driving business growth and profitability
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A competitive salary range of $130,000 - $190,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance
- Participation in the company's 401k plan
- 80 hours of vacation time and 7-8 paid holidays per year
