Vocational Specialist

Clarvida is seeking a skilled Vocational Specialist to join our team. As a Vocational Specialist, you will work closely with assigned adult clients to help them achieve their employment goals.
About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of mental health and employment principles. You will work with clients to identify their strengths, barriers, and goals, and develop an individualized recovery plan to help them achieve their employment objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized recovery plans for clients
- Work with clients to identify their strengths, barriers, and goals
- Develop and implement strategies to help clients achieve their employment objectives
- Provide transportation and support services as needed
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide virtual or in-person sessions

Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of experience in vocational rehabilitation or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent; or associate's degree; or two years of college coursework
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Satisfactory results of a background check
