Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client employment goals and develop individualized plans to achieve them
- Identify client strengths, barriers, and relapse prevention strategies
- Provide transportation and support services as needed
- Participate in on-call rotations and virtual or in-person sessions
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of verifiable rehabilitation training and/or experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent; OR Associate's Degree; OR a minimum of two years of college coursework
- Valid GA driver's license with clean driving record
- Satisfactory results of Criminal background check
