Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client employment goals and develop individualized plans to achieve them
  • Identify client strengths, barriers, and relapse prevention strategies
  • Provide transportation and support services as needed
  • Participate in on-call rotations and virtual or in-person sessions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of verifiable rehabilitation training and/or experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; OR Associate's Degree; OR a minimum of two years of college coursework
  • Valid GA driver's license with clean driving record
