About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Medical Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our Social Work Department at IMS People.

Estimated Salary:$43,000 - $52,000 per year

Primary Responsibilities
  • Maintains records of all patients registered to vote, assists patients with completing mail ballot applications, and submits to the Board of Elections.
  • Provides customer service and responds to inquiries as the Social Work Department interdepartmental and community point of contact.
  • Requisition and distribution of office supplies, completion and follow-up of Telecom, IT, and CERF requests for Social Work staff.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in medical administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
