Job Title: Bilingual Family Intervention Specialist

Join Youth Villages as a Bilingual Family Intervention Specialist and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families in need. As a member of our team, you will provide intensive home-based therapy to families, working closely with them to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry a small caseload of 4-6 families and provide individualized therapy sessions in their homes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, understanding their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers and educators, to ensure comprehensive support for families.
  • Document progress and outcomes through web-based documentation, utilizing voice recognition technology to streamline the process.
  • Participate in regular supervision meetings to ensure high-quality services and address any challenges or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish.
  • A Master's degree in a social services discipline, such as social work, psychology, or counseling.
  • One year of experience working with individuals or families in need of crisis intervention.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and maintain a flexible schedule.
