As a Youth and Family Specialist II at Ascentria Care Alliance, you will provide culturally sensitive intensive case management, outreach, and direct service to Unaccompanied Refugee Minor Program's youth. You will work in coordination and cooperation with systems including school personnel, therapists, lawyers, and court personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide culturally sensitive case management and outreach services to Unaccompanied Refugee Minor Program's youth
- Work in coordination and cooperation with systems including school personnel, therapists, lawyers, and court personnel
- Initiate creative approaches to service delivery and activity to help youth achieve their potential
- Advocate for the child and initiate creative approaches to service delivery and activity
- Hold a Master's Degree in Social Work or related field and have bilingual English/Spanish skills
