Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Family Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a Bilingual Family Intervention Specialist, you will work with families to provide intensive home-based therapy, crisis intervention, and support to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide intensive home-based therapy to families, including individual and group sessions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each family's unique needs
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers, teachers, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive support for families
  • Conduct crisis intervention and provide support to families in crisis
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a social services discipline, such as social work, counseling, or psychology
  • 1+ year of experience working with families in need of crisis intervention
  • Verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
