Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Key Booth Attendant to join our team at Optima Dealer Services Inc.

This exciting opportunity will have you working closely with sales, service, and management teams to ensure seamless vehicle handling and key inventory management. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating between departments, and ensuring the highest level of accountability and productivity in our fast-paced dealership environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of reliability and responsibility. As a Key Booth Attendant, you will play a vital role in our daily operations and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize all vehicle keys for the dealership, ensuring secure storage and easy access.
  • Work closely with sales and service departments to manage vehicle flow, preparing cars for customer appointments or service needs.
  • Assist customers with retrieving vehicles for test drives or service appointments, providing a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Track key usage and report any missing keys or vehicle issues to the appropriate department.
  • Provide support with lot management, including organizing vehicle placement, moving vehicles, and maintaining a neat and orderly environment.

Salary: $16-$18 per hour

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record with at least four years of driving experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable and responsible, with the ability to manage important assets and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with various departments.
  • Energetic and proactive, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
