Salary Range: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Job Description: We are seeking a Dealership Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our key inventory, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and playing a crucial role in our vehicle handling process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and organize all vehicle keys for the dealership, ensuring they are securely stored and easily accessible.
  2. Work closely with sales and service departments to manage vehicle flow, ensuring cars are prepped and ready for customer appointments or service needs.
  3. Occasionally assist customers with retrieving vehicles for test drives or service appointments, making sure their experience is smooth and efficient.
  4. Track key usage and report any missing keys or vehicle issues to the appropriate department.
  5. Assist with organizing vehicle placement on the lot, moving vehicles, and ensuring everything is neat and orderly.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License - Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles with a clean driving record without any violations and at least four years of driving experience.
  • Strong Organizational Skills - You're detail-oriented and thrive in a role where everything has a place.
  • Reliable & Responsible - You'll be handling important assets and need to be trusted with managing key access.
  • Communication Savvy - You'll interact with various departments, so clear communication is key.
  • Energetic & Proactive - This is a fast-paced environment, and we need someone who can keep up with the action.
