Salary Range: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Job Description: We are seeking an Automotive Key Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our key inventory, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and playing a crucial role in our vehicle handling process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize all vehicle keys for the dealership, ensuring they are securely stored and easily accessible.
  • Work closely with sales and service departments to manage vehicle flow, ensuring cars are prepped and ready for customer appointments or service needs.
  • Occasionally assist customers with retrieving vehicles for test drives or service appointments, making sure their experience is smooth and efficient.
  • Track key usage and report any missing keys or vehicle issues to the appropriate department.
  • Assist with organizing vehicle placement on the lot, moving vehicles, and ensuring everything is neat and orderly.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License - Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles with a clean driving record without any violations and at least four years of driving experience.
  • Strong Organizational Skills - You're detail-oriented and thrive in a role where everything has a place.
  • Reliable & Responsible - You'll be handling important assets and need to be trusted with managing key access.
  • Communication Savvy - You'll interact with various departments, so clear communication is key.
  • Energetic & Proactive - This is a fast-paced environment, and we need someone who can keep up with the action.
