Role Overview:

In the capacity of Vice President of Asset Oversight at KCG Companies, you will utilize your extensive knowledge, leadership skills, and financial acumen to ensure the fiscal integrity and regulatory compliance of our properties.

Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, you will be instrumental in assessing financial performance, scrutinizing financial reports, and making informed strategic choices to enhance asset value.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, delivering financial analysis and strategic recommendations.

Lead a team of Asset Managers.

Oversee the financial health of KCG properties, performing monthly reviews of financial statements and vacancy assessments.

Ensure property management accountability, maintaining compliance with financial objectives and governing documents.

Facilitate the lease-up process for newly constructed properties, optimizing rental rates and tenant demographics in alignment with financial goals.


Assist in the evaluation and approval of annual property operating budgets, identifying potential cost reductions and revenue growth opportunities.

Guarantee accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.

Engage effectively with stakeholders, including investors, lenders, agencies, and community partners, providing clear financial updates and insights.


Conduct site evaluations and represent KCG during partner inspections, fostering strong relationships and addressing any financial issues.

Participate in regular discussions with property management and partners, offering financial expertise and strategic direction.

Review partnership agreements, regulatory documents, financing agreements, and other financial materials as necessary.

Assist in gathering information for capital calls, permanent financing, and other financial transactions.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline.

5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a strong preference for experience in real estate or property management.

Proven experience in leading an asset management team.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Work Environment:
The responsibilities of this position are typically carried out in an office or indoor setting.
