Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team at Marshall & Sterling Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our computer networks, servers, and software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for network-related issues
  • Configure and install network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on network infrastructure
  • Document technical service requests and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of network services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in network engineering
Requirements
  • College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in network engineering or a related field
  • Proficiency in TCP/IP, routers, switches, and hubs
  • Experience with Windows server platforms, including terminal services, Exchange, and Citrix
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Vertafore
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
