Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for network-related issues, including configuration, installation, and troubleshooting hardware and software components.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of network hardware and software, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of network configurations, inventory, and installation procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies, best practices, and industry standards to ensure our systems remain secure and efficient.
  • Work closely with the IT team to identify and resolve network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Manager, including special projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in network support, hardware engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
