Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our services to the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients through regular communication, site visits, and networking events
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, referrals, and partnerships
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and event planning
  • Provide regular sales and marketing reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
